Deboichet does make good fins, no question about that. So I was on research in Picasa-Webalbums, and I found these pics.
The owner broke this fin, now you can see the lay-up, intresting to see work from mr. Deboichet. Nice to see that the whole fin is made out of carbon.
I am absolutely not a Formula surfer, but I asked my good friend Pieter Bartlema: "The R20 is supposed to compete against the Kashy fins, the Kashy fins are very soft in the middle, it is a difficult piece of enginering. And this picture clearly explains why: "on the edge enginering" no space for faults.
I heard real soft formulafins don't last very long, this could be the same case..
