Today did some 1 hour speed, it was hard/fun/difficult and certainly not perfect. But soo happy I did it, was a long time ago I did this distance in one time. Normally my Civil Engineering degree gives me a good feeling for distance, I was thinking form one to the other side on the Gouwzee was about 5km but now in reality it was just 3km. Did 7 times from one to the other side, hoped this would be at least 70km total, but I was shocked onshore when I 'just' saw 45km on the dial....
The data is really interesting, now I have some idea's for improvement beside sailing full throttle for 60min instead of +-40min.
Here is the session: http://www.gps-speedsurfing.com/?mnu=user&val=58453&uid=870
